Casting Call!
Production: A commercial branded film for a Dorset-based SME, produced by rowefilms and directed / DP’d by myself.
Character Description from the client: Male, businessman/professional, looking to make sense of choices and financial situation. Seeking fulfillment and contentment. Playing age 45 – 55, well groomed, wedding ring, engaging eyes, hands will be in shots too.
Acting Requirements: This is a silent part. The part will require the actor to portray emotion visually (worry, concern, vulnerability) moving to more serene scenes of fulfillment (relaxed, joy, happiness). No theatrical requirements. No rehearsals. No other cast members.
Location & Date:
Shoot Locations: Dorset coast around the Poole area, and a yet-to-be-confirmed residential property somewhere in Devon (possibly the North Coast). There may also be a short driving sequence involved with a vehicle provided.
Job Rate:
£200 per day for a minimum of 2 days filming, possibly 3.

Other Requirements:
- Must have a full UK driving license as the part may involve a driving sequence.
- Must be based in the South West region, ideally Devon or Dorset, and able to travel to shoot locations. Flexibility will be extremely important because part of the film is to be based around bad weather therefore the forecast will dictate shoot scheduling and notice may only be a few days in advance.
- The candidate must also not be averse to getting outside in bad weather, wind and rain, and have suitable wet weather clothing.
