Please, read the following terms and conditions of purchase carefully before you create an account at Go-Talent.co.uk. If you cannot accept the following terms and conditions, please, do not create a profile at Go-Talent.co.uk. When the creation of the profile is accomplished, you accept the following terms and conditions of purchase.

Policy for subscriptions

All subscriptions are automatically renewed after each payment period ends, unless the subscriber cancels the subscription before the payment due date.
Subscriptions can be canceled at https://www.gotalent.co.uk/payment/unsubscribe

Policy for refunds

Subscribers can request a refund within 14 days of activation of subscription, and subsequently within 14 days of later recurring payments has been charged.
Refunds will be granted if requested within these 14 days, unless the user has made use of his access to the website after receiving access to profile.
Use of website are defined as:

• Uploading images videos or other files visible to casting agents on the website
• Contacting agents on the website regarding potential jobs

Go-Talent.co.uk is not responsible for signed jobs, e.g., in connection with misuse or violation of eventual signed jobs. We advise before, during the job and after jobs. Though, we do not interfere in legal issues among agents/producers and private users.

The agreement

The agreement is considered as settled when the registration for agents is fulfilled, as well as for user profiles, as soon as the information has been given in the establishment of the account. When this is completed, the profile will be activated within four hours.

Security

Everything communicated directly from agent profiles to user profiles happens through our screening filter. In case of the content of the message is considered not being appropriate and relevant for the user profiles stated interests, competencies or experiences, the message will not be forwarded to the profile. Commercials and inappropriate information will not be sent as well. In case of this, the agent profile will be deleted. See; Agent profiles breach.

Visible information

Every stated information in the profile, unless personal data, will be public for all other users of the website – registered as well as non-registered users. Personal data from the individual profiles will be forwarded to safety approved agent profiles to the extent they are being requested.

Material and immaterial rights

As user profile, agent profile or a third part no rights to copy, recreate, republish, upload, present, forward, distribute or in other way make use of the material at Go-Talent.co.uk, including data, sounds, text, pictures/images and video in a public or commercial connection without having a written permission from Go-Talent.co.uk. By uploading material to/at Go-Talent.co.uk, you share all rights with Go-Talent.co.uk and accept that all uploaded material can be applied by Go-Talent.co.uk in any commercial connection, as long as the profiles are active.

Newsletter

By entering your e-mail address, you accept that Go-Talent.co.uk can send you newsletter by e-mail regarding possibilities, information and jobs to you. The e-mail newsletter will contain a limited number of adverts.

Phone number

When creating a profile, you accept that Go-Talent.co.uk can contact you by phone/SMS – in preparation for jobs, but also in relation to commercials, though, within Go-Talent.co.uk’s field.

Links

Go-Talent.co.uk can convey links to other websites, which are not driven by Go-Talent.co.uk but by a third part. Go-Talent.co.uk disclaims all types of responsibility according to exactness, legislation or validity concerning content on other websites. Go-Talent.co.uk disclaims all kinds of loose, damage or requirements occurred in relation to your use of those extern websites or the content of those sites, which are linked direct or indirect through links at Go-Talent.co.uk.

If the customer breach relevant commitments in relation to the present agreement, Go-Talent.co.uk is rightful to, without warning and with immediate effect, break off the agreement with the customer, if:

1. The profile neglect to inform Go-Talent.co.uk about changes about information concerning the content of the profile.
2. The profile neglect to meet the requirements concerning reassuring security at Go-Talent.co.uk.
3. The profile groundless stays away from jobs conveyed through Go-Talent.co.uk.
4. The profile has pornographic material at her/his profile.

Agent profiles’ breach

If the customer breach relevant commitments in relation to the present agreement, Go-Talent.co.uk is rightful to, without warning and with immediate effect, break off the agreement with the customer, if:

1. The agent has entered wrong/incorrect information when creating the profile.
2. The agent forward systematic irrelevant offers to the user profiles.
3. The agent forward commercials to the user profiles.
4. The agent does not have a professional standpoint or valid address.
5. The agent does not have systematic dispute with the user profiles in relation to carrying out jobs.

Aditionally
Misuse of Go-Talent.co.uk will be observed and prosecuted/reported to the police with an IP number.
