Project Title: ‘DAB Hotel’
Looking for:
We’re on the hunt for a talented and passionate director to bring our comedy, DAB Hotel, to life! This hilarious and heartwarming play follows three women who turn a rundown hotel into a “wish hotel,” where parents can design their perfect babies. Think Build-A-Bear, but for humans—with a lot more laughs and chaos.
-Someone who loves comedy and knows how to hit the perfect punchline.
-A visionary to help shape this bold and original production.
-A leader who can bring the best out of a fantastic cast and crew.
Location and Date:
Base Dance Studios, Vauxhall, London
Audition: Friday 31st January 2025 | 9am - 1pm
Job Rate:
Directors will earn 20% of the profit after expenses. For example:
750 tickets per night x 3 nights at £16 each = £36,000
After expenses, the director’s share could be around £7,200!
Commitment:
Weekly rehearsals (one night per week) for six months.
Three performances with a potential audience of 750 per night.
