Performers wanted for 3 roles in 'Blitzed' short film by SPLAT! A local production company whose work has been nominated at Glasgow Short Film Festival and GMAC's Cafe Flicker.
SPLAT! is a community-led organization with a focus on developing new exciting voices in Scotland through small-budgeted work that gives artists space to develop their voice outside of regular funding bodies, experimenting and taking creative risks early on in their careers. We are committed to creating communal and supportive spaces for artists to get a start and create work they can be proud of.
Project Title: 'Blitzed'
Logline:
A hallucinogenic love story set in Glasgow between two people on the peripheries of society. The story follows the unlikely companionship between a woman who can commune with the dead and a man who kills dogs.

About the Character:
Female, 20’s - Previously a child star of cereal commercials. Now a clairvoyant, extorting abusive parents for cash as she seeks to rectify her own past struggles. Mac doesn’t believe she’s a good person but seldom does the wrong thing.

Shooting weekend of 16th and 23rd of November.
