A silver fox from Hertford, England, is a working-class ex-builder with partial blindness and deafness. Despite facing physical challenges, he embodies a unique combination of strength, pride, and vulnerability. His daughter, Avery, is the core of his world, and the catalyst for his journey of rediscovering his passion for art.
Frank's journey begins when he stumbles across old paintings and brushes, triggering memories of a time when he could see and hear properly. His world is further disrupted when Avery departs, leaving him to navigate a flood of new emotions. Prior to departing, Avery introduces him to the Touch-Harmony Art Club, opening the door to a realm of artistic possibilities.
