Job: Manchester. Seeking: Male/Female Actor for Role of 'Three' in Theatre Production
About the Project /Job:
Currently casting for a theatre production which will be shown in May 2024. Rehearsals will be in Manchester and will start end of February/early March. This is an unpaid opportunity. The reason for this is that I will not be making a profit off this production, the tickets will be £2 each and the money will go towards (but not cover) venue costs. The performance will be shown at a theatre in central Manchester.
The vibe is realism. Real people with real stories. The themes are dramatic and may be triggering for some so please be aware they include: Death, Alcoholism, Infant death, and Mental illness.
About the Character:
Three
Any gender
‘Three’ has had a long battle with mental illness. They don’t have a great relationship with their family and have been in and out of various medical facilities throughout their life. They have a belief that there are birds following them. They have had a particularly bad time lately which has led to them being in the hospital.
