Auditions for JACK AND THE BEANSTALK - The Garrick Panto!
The Garrick Panto is back and full of FEE, FIE, FOE, FUN!
Young Jack, his daft-as-a-brush brother, Silly Simon, and his long-suffering mother, Dame Trott, live in a tiny cottage in the shadow of the terrible giant, Blunderbore. With the rent overdue they have no choice but to sell their beloved cow, Daisy. After tricking the Trotts into selling her for a bag of worthless beans, the villainous giant's henchman – Fleshcreep - kidnaps the Princess for his master's supper.
Will Jack be able to rescue Daisy and Princess Jill in time? Perhaps those beans aren't as worthless as they seemed.
This GIANT adventure is the pantomime you've BEAN waiting for!
We are looking for all Principal Roles for actors 18+.
We are a diverse theatre and we welcome auditionees of all ages, and all genders, ethnicities, sexualities, disabilities, and races, to enrich the work of the production.
Location & Date:
The Audition Date: Tuesday 24th September
The Rehearsal Start Date: Sunday 27th October
Rehearsals: Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 7:30 PM – 10 PM, and every Sunday 2 PM – 5:30 PM
The Production Dates: 6th December 2024 - 5th January 2025 (32 Performances - full schedule included in the Audition Pack)
