I am an enthusiastic, specific individual who loves singing, acting , sports and art. I occasionally play piano, but I'm not great.
I write original songs , which are usually very delicate, then I go to the gym and bang heavy rock on the speakers in the fitness studio.

I am a personal trainer and a class instructor, I only dance on the spin bike when teaching classes to my club music and disco lights in the indoorcycling studio.
I love mountain and trail running, I run a lot,and I do go mentall if I don't exercise for a day.
